'LOTU$100: 1 to 1 for 100', is an operation in personal & planetary integration.
Incubated by Blu-Dot.org [& Mind Valley], and co-founded by [Oprah Winfrey,... ,...] & Darshita Mehta Gillies, LOTU$100 is a unique movement, of "global integration", constituted by a rare breed of human, the so-called "lotu$" or "full-spectrum" entrepreneurs & m/billionaires, "the ‘1 to 1'ers", who:
(i) Were born into the perceived bottom rung of global society
(e.g. the bottom 1% economically & developmentally, prejudiced also by say race/class/origin, gender & age),
(ii) Elevated themselves into the perceived top rung of global society (e.g. the top 1% economically, accruing say the external fruits of significant financial, professional & societal success), and
(iii) Became inspired, through this journey from the 'bottom' to 'top', to also develop their "internal m/billion" (e.g. a sense of wholeness & well-being, deep purpose & meaning, self-mastery & realization, etc.), and then
(iv) Chose expressly to be in service of all of humanity & the planet with their gifts & the fruits of their labors
(e.g. to share for the planet their essence, their provoking & inspiring experiences & perspectives, their skills & expertise, their fault-lines & failings, their influence & endorsement , their funds, their time & other energies, etc.)
LOTU$100 believes that the rare uniquely-diversified & integrated characteristics of its members have a special role to play at this juncture in the Earth's development, and so creates a convening forum & activist "do-tank" for the membership & their ecosystem to engage, to associate (physically & virtually), to share ideas, insights, experiences, expertise, new ventures, funds, to learn & grow, to influence, and to serve - and particularly to integrate - the various offerings of members in the World so as to optimize effect, as well as to formulate & enact dedicated 1to1for100 Projects of their choice, aimed specifically at effecting LOTU$100's Vision of "evolving planet earth by integrating the deep diversities of the global system"

Darshita is leading an initiative to embed 'LOTU$100: 1 to 1 for 100' as a key Movement in positively influencing personal & planetary integration, with the commitment:
* to enrol at least [1000] founding LOTU$ members, & [1million] Friends,
* with at least [USD 50 million] of foundation funding,
* for the founding-convention [in Austin/San Francisco/Kuala Lumpur/New York/Cape Town/Singapore/Hong Kong] on [1 May 2015]
